बेनतीजा रही बैठक, मंत्री जगत और हर्षवर्धन के सामने उलझे हाटी समुदाय के दो गुट

हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला सिरमौर के ट्रांसगिरि क्षेत्र को दिए गए अनुसूचित जनजातीय दर्जे के मामले को लेकर शनिवार को राज्य सचिवालय में बुलाई गई बैठक में खूब हंगामा हुआ। बेनतीजा रही बैठक में जनजातीय विकास मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी और उद्योग मंत्री हर्षवर्धन चौहान के सामने हाटी समाज के दो गुट उलझ गए। एक गुट ने मुख्य सचिव कमेटी रूम से मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय होते हुए नारेबाजी कर बैठक का बहिष्कार कर दिया। नारेबाजी करने वाले गुट ने हाटी समाज को एसटी का दर्जा देने के लिए केंद्र सरकार की ओर से पारित कानून को प्रदेश सरकार पर लटकाने का आरोप लगाया।

इस पर दोनों मंत्रियों ने बताया कि इस मामले में केंद्र सरकार के स्पष्टीकरण का इंतजार है। उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ शरारती तत्वों ने बैठक का माहौल बिगाड़ा। शनिवार दोपहर बाद सचिवालय के मुख्य सचिव कमेटी रूम में काफी संख्या में हाटी समुदाय के लोग पहुंचे। मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में उद्योग मंत्री हर्षवर्धन चौहान विशेष तौर पर मौजूद रहे। बैठक में प्रधान सचिव ओंकार शर्मा सहित कई अन्य अधिकारी भी शामिल हुए।

हाटी विकास मंच और केंद्रीय हाटी समिति ने प्रदेश सरकार से एसटी के दर्जे को जल्द प्रदेश में लागू करने के लिए कहा। मंत्री हर्षवर्धन ने बताया कि हाटी समाज के सभी प्रतिनिधियों को बैठक में बुलाया गया था। सार्थक चर्चा हो रही थी। हम इस नतीजे पर पहुंचे थे कि जब तक केंद्र सरकार से इस मामले में स्पष्टीकरण नहीं आता, तब तक एसटी का प्रोविजनल प्रमाणपत्र विद्यार्थियों को दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार से जारी अधिसूचना में लिखा है कि ट्रांसगिरि क्षेत्र के लोगों को एसटी का दर्जा दिया जाएगा।

प्रदेश के विधि विभाग ने जब इसकी पड़ताल की तो मालूम पड़ा कि पूर्व सरकार का प्रस्ताव कुछ और था। इसके चलते केंद्र से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया है। इस बाबत एक बार रिमाइंडर भी भेजा गया है। केंद्र से कोई जवाब नहीं आया है। उन्होंने कहा कि बैठक के लिए सांसद सुरेश कश्यप को भी बुलाया था। सांसद की अध्यक्षता में विधि मंत्री से मामला उठाने की बात हमने कही। इसी दौरान एससी वर्ग के कुछ लोगों ने जब अपनी बात रखी तो हाटी समाज के लोग भड़क उठे और इनमें कहासुनी हो गई। उधर, हंगामे को शांत करने के लिए दोनों कैबिनेट मंत्री और अफसर बेबस नजर आए।

इस मामले पर नहीं होनी चाहिए राजनीति
भाजपा और हाटी समुदाय को इस मामले को लेकर राजनीति नहीं करनी चाहिए। अधिसूचना में 1.60 लाख लोग हाटी समुदाय के दर्शाए हैं। एससी को जब प्रस्ताव में बाहर रखा गया था, तो अधिसूचना में क्यों शामिल किया गया। केंद्र सरकार को यह स्पष्ट करना चाहिए। - हर्षवर्धन चौहान, उद्योग मंत्री

बैठक बेनतीजा रही, अब होगा ट्रांसगिरि में आंदोलन

प्रदेश सरकार दर्जा देने के लिए गंभीर नहीं

हाटी समुदाय को एसटी दर्जा शीघ्र प्रदान करने को प्रतिबद्ध : नेगी

 जनजातीय विकास मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी ने शनिवार को सांविधानिक (अनुसूचित जनजाति) आदेश (द्वितीय संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2023 के कार्यान्वयन और सिरमौर जिले के ट्रांसगिरि क्षेत्र के हाटी को अनुसूचित जनजाति के रूप में अधिसूचित करने के संबंध में आयोजित बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार हाटी समुदाय को एसटी दर्जा शीघ्र प्रदान करने को प्रतिबद्ध है। केंद्र सरकार ही ओर से ट्रांसगिरि क्षेत्र के हाटी समुदाय को अनुसूचित जनजाति का दर्जा देने के संबंध में अधिसूचना जारी की गई, लेकिन इस अधिसूचना में अस्पष्टता के चलते प्रदेश सरकार ने केंद्र से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है। केंद्र की ओर से संपूर्ण हाटी समुदाय को अनुसूचित जनजाति का दर्जा दिया गया है।

अनुसूचित जाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग और अन्य वर्ग भी शामिल हैं। जगत सिंह नेगी ने कहा कि कुछ वर्ग ऐसे हैं जो पूर्व में चली आ रही व्यवस्था का हिस्सा बना रहना चाहते हैं। केंद्र की ओर से सभी को अनुसूचित जनजाति के दायरे में लाया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस संबंध में केंद्र सरकार से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया है ताकि हाटी समुदाय की समस्याओं और मांगों को लेकर शीघ्र समाधान निकला जा सके। उद्योग मंत्री हर्षवर्धन चौहान ने जनजातीय विकास विभाग से कानूनी प्रावधानों के तहत हाटी समुदाय के लोगों को अनुसूचित जनजाति का प्रोविजनल सर्टिफिकेट प्रदान करने के विकल्प तलाशने को कहा, ताकि उन्हें अनुसूचित जनजाति के तहत मिल रही सुविधाएं सुलभ हाें।

बैठक में रेणुका जी से विधायक विनय कुमार, सचिव विधि शरद कुमार लगवाल, केंद्रीय हाटी समिति के अध्यक्ष अमीचंद कमल, गिरिपार अनुसूचित जाति अधिकार संरक्षण समिति के अध्यक्ष अनिल मंगेट, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग संगठन के अध्यक्ष धर्मपाल मौजूद रहे।

Renuka Dam to be completed soon: Chief Minister

The State government is looking into the irregularities being committed by few who cheated the people of Renuka area by drawing power of attorney in their names and selling the same on higher rates further to the company constructing the Dam.

Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh stated this while addressing a massive public meeting at Sangrah in Sirmaur district of Renuka assembly segment today. He said that it would be ensured in future that where-ever the cases regarding acquisition of land were concerned for development projects, adequate compensation was paid to the actual owners of the land. He cautioned the people not to give power of attorney to other persons who try taking advantage of poor landless farmers.

Shri Virbhadra Singh said the Renuka Dam project would soon be completed in near future.

The Chief Minister announced upgradation of Nohra Dhar Sub Tehsil to Tehsil and to make Dadahu tehsil soon in the near future. He announced to start science and commerce classes in GC Sangrah from next academic session and said the government would give grant to PTA teachers who would be deployed against vacant posts.

He also announced opening of Block Elementary Education Office at Sangrah, upgradation of Nohradhar Primary Health Centre to Community Health Centre, opening of HPSEB electrical sub division and 33 KV sub-station at Sangrah and adequate financial assistance to Rajana-Maina-Baunal Irrigation Schemes.

Counting developments of the area, the Chief Minister said that a sum Rs.  70 lakh  was being spent on Ratwa to Gehal road, Rs 3.70 crore on Sainj to Shivpur road and Rs 78  lakhs on Dr. Prem Singh Memorial Stadium at Maina, The work of Renuka Shrine Board building was also being undertaken by spending rupees one crore.

Referring to BJP MLA from Nahan, the Chief Minister said that the people of Nahan should refrain from the tactics of such people who try to lure people and always take benefit of the schemes or development works being done by others.

The Chief Minister also handed over the papers of three biswas of Nautor land to the 12 eligible landless/ houseless of the area. This follows the policy of the State government to settle and provide shelter to the homeless and landless poor of the State. He said the government has decided to provide two biswas of land to the urban poor and three biswas of land to the eligible rural landless whose family income less than Rs. 50,000 per annum. He said that already 48 persons had already been provided the land. He directed the district administration to identify suitable government land to be allotted to the landless soon.

He said out of 94 colleges in the State, 90 colleges were opened in the successive Congress regime. He said he feel elated to see that the girl students were outnumbering the boy’s as far as the strength in colleges in far-flung areas was concerned.

He said a sum of Rs. 22 crore would be spent on construction of additional blocks of government college Nahan.

He stressed for preserving age old traditions, language and customs at all cost in the present era of globalisation and development as these were our basis and roots of our identity.

Shri Virbhadra Singh said the government was also providing top priority to strengthen the health sector. He said three more medical colleges has been approved for State out of which one would be opened at Nahan and it would be the first one to be made operational.

He also paid tributes to former MLA Dr Prem Singh on his death anniversary.

Chief Parliamentary Secretary Shri Vinay Kumar said the BJP government always ignored the development of the area. He said former MLA Dr. Prem Singh together with Shri Virbhadra Singh thrived for connecting the rural areas with the roads. He thanked the Chief Minister for various developmental works for the area. He also thanked for undertaking construction of Rs 16 crore Sangrah college building within a year. He said that the initial project cost of college building was rupees eight crore but it was due to dilly- dallying tactics of BJP for last five years that the college building was not completed in time bound manner and the previous government was responsible for an additional expenditure.

He also placed several demands of the area before the Chief Minister.

Earlier, President, Sangrah Gram Panchayat and President Renuka Block Congress, Shri Tapendar Chauhan listed the developments of the area and credited the development works in the area to Shri Virbhadra Singh.

CM gifts development projects worth 25 crore for people of Sangrah

Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh today laid the foundation stone of Mini Secretariat building at Sangrah in Sirmaur district to be constructed at a cost of Rs 7.07 crore.

The building will consist of four floors housing 13 offices including that of SDM, Tehsil office, Sub-Treasury, Sub Divisional Police Officer, Tehsil Welfare office, Child Development Project Officer, Food and Civil Supplies, Election Kanungo, Agriculture Development Officer, APRO office and Horticulture Development Office. The facility of a conference hall and a video conferencing hall will also be provided in the Mini Secretariat.

The Chief Minister inaugurated building of government college at Sangrah constructed at a cost of Rs.16 crore and water supply scheme for Sangrah to be completed with an outlay of Rs. two crore. The scheme will benefit more than 4200 people of the area including 12 habitations of three panchayats viz: Sangrah, Redli and Andheri.

Addressing a public meeting on the occasion, Shri Virbhadra Singh said that the State government was committed for providing quality education to the youth of the State. He said that today there were 94 government colleges including five Sanskrit colleges in the State.

He said he held a meeting last day at Shimla with higher officers of the education department in which directions had been given for completion of 21 colleges in a stipulated time period announced in the present government's regime. He said a provision of rupees five crore had been made for each college and if required, additional funds would be provided by the government for completion of these college buildings.

He expressed happiness over the increasing strength of the girl students in the colleges opened in rural and far-flung areas of the State.

Earlier, while interacting with the media at Dadahu, he said that irregularities in land allotment of poor farmers to the project authorities constructing Renuka Dam was in his knowledge and the rights of the people would be protected at all cost. The Chief Minister said few influential people lured the poor and prepared more than 100 affidavits in a single day and purchased their land at throw away prices which were further sold to project authorities at a rate three times higher than the purchase rate. He said that soon the government will come out with a solution.

Himachal Pradesh proposes annual plan of Rs. 4400 crore for 2014-15

Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh said that State is providing adequate funds for equal and balanced development of the State and to accelerate the pace of development, the State Government has proposed an Annual Plan of Rs. 4400 crore for the year 2014-15 which is Rs. 300 crore more than the previous Annual Plan.

Chief Minister was presiding over the meeting of MLAs convened for finalizing priorities for Annual Plan 2014-15 here today. MLAs from Solan, Sirmaur, Shimla, Mandi and Bilaspur districts participated in the meeting.

Shri Virbhadra Singh said that to give fillip to the overall development of the State, Government has adopted Manifesto of Congress Party as its Policy Document and efforts have been made to fulfill most of the promises made in the Manifesto in the first year itself. He said that Manifesto is being implemented effectively.

Shri Virbhadra Singh said that priorities of the MLAs are very important in planning process and State Government is giving priority to these so as to provide better facilities and services to the people of the State. He said that Government departments are preparing Detailed Project Reports of various developmental projects and efforts are being made to get them sanctioned from appropriate level at the earliest. He said that Government would try to fund the priorities of the MLAs first from Grant Based Schemes of Government of India. These include Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY), CRF, Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme (AIBP), National Rural Drinking Water Programme (NRDWP) and Externally Aided Projects etc. He said that those priorities which are not covered under the grants provided by Government of India, would be sent to NABARD for funding through loans. He directed all Secretaries and Heads of Departments to give due consideration to priorities of MLAs and said that laxity in this regard would not be tolerated. He asked them to solve problems and grievances of public representatives on priority and said that immediate action should be ensured on their suggestions. Chief Minister said that Himachal Pradesh Government is consistently raising the issue of providing Himachal Pradesh equal share in all centrally sponsored schemes on the analogy of North Eastern States in 90:10 ratio. He had personally requested the Union Finance Minister to accede to this demand of Himachal Pradesh Government. He asked all Departments to take up the matter of amendment in guidelines of those programmes which are not in the State’s interest and all such matters should be raised with the Government of India. Every MLA has been informed about the status of all those schemes which were given by them under their priorities. He said that functional posts in all departments would be filled up so that detailed project reports of various developmental projects be prepared at the earliest. He asked the concerned officers to expedite the forest clearances cases which were creating hindrance in road construction.

Chief Minister advised the MLAs to provide details of developmental schemes in the meeting and send these to the Planning Department so as to incorporate them in the budget. He requested the MLAs to provide their suggestions on policy matters, financial resources, good governance etc. in the meeting.

Shri Virbhadra Singh said that Government is striving hard to provide people with basic facilities nearer to their door steps and is endeavouring to fill vacant posts especially of doctors, paramedical staff and teachers. He said that connecting villages with roads and bridges is the top priority of the Government and assured that there will be no dearth of funds for the purpose. Chief Minister said that government educational institutions in the State would be provided with their own buildings in a phased manner. He said that Government was committed for equal development and no discrimination would be made in respect of development of any area of the State. He said that State’s performance in health and investment sectors in past one year was adjudged as the Best and Himachal Pradesh was ranked as Best State in the category of big States in State of States Conclave recently.

Shri Virbhadra Singh said that a project would be prepared to channelize Pabbar river from Sandasali upto Hatkoti on the analogy of Swan River. He said that PWD and Forest Rest Houses at Khadrala are heritage of the State and will be maintained, repaired and renovated. He said that PHC Kupvi would be upgraded to 20 bedded Hospital. Chief Minister said that stray animals have become a social problem in the State and to check it a micro chip would be fitted in their bodies which would contain all the data of the owner of the animal. He stressed for the need of proper maintenance of all the link roads constructed by other agencies except PWD in the villages. He said that mid year appraisal meeting of Annual Plan would be held to review the progress.

Solan district Shri Gobind Ram Sharma, MLA from Arki assembly constituency requested that rain water harvesting structures should be constructed for irrigation purposes. He demanded that a Sub Treasury and Community Health Centre be opened in Darlaghat. He requested to fill up vacant posts of teachers and doctors in his constituency.

Shri Krishan Lal Thakur, MLA from Nalagarh assembly constituency requested that a consolidated detailed project report for flood management in Nalagarh constituency should be prepared and work of bridge on Chikani khad should be expedited. He urged that Nalagarh-Ramshahar-Kunihar-Shimla road be made National Highway and demanded that more roads should be sanctioned under PMGSY.

Dr. Rajiv Saijal, MLA from Kasauli assembly constituency urged for drinking water supply schemes for Parwanoo and Kausali cantonment area and requested that more posts of doctors should be sanctioned for Community Health Centre, Dharampur. He also demanded for extension of Dharampur Subzi Mandi.

Sirmaur district Shri Suresh Kashyap, MLA from Pachhad constituency requested that Chhaila-Neripul-Giripul-Ochhghat and Solan-Minas road should be repaired, maintained and adequate funds may be provided for the purpose. He also urged that old bridge in Yashwant Nagar should be replaced. He demanded that building should be constructed for ITI Sarahan besides adding more trades. He also requested for flower markets in Rajgarh and Sarahan.

Dr. Rajiv Bindal, MLA from Nahan assembly constituency urged that compensation for flood damages in his constituency should be provided at the earliest and various streams and khads in the constituency may be channelized. He demanded that 13 bridges in his segment should be constructed at the earliest. He also requested that status of Palhodi panchayat should be reverted to Backward Panchayat.

Shri Baldev Singh Tomar, MLA from Shillai assembly constituency requested for opening of SDM Office in his constituency and for two blocks in his assembly segment. He urged that Laldank-Hatkoti-Rohru road should be properly maintained. He demanded that one more Senior Secondary School for girls be opened in Shillai.

Shimla district Shri Balbir Singh Verma, MLA from Chopal constituency demanded that every panchayat in his constituency should be connected with roads and Sainj-Deha-Chopal-Nerwa road should be widened and maintained. He urged that a Divisional-level Committee should be formed for forest clearances of Detailed Project Reports. He urged that 13 Lift Irrigation Schemes in his constituency should be started at the earliest and a Civil Hospital be opened in Kupvi. He also urged for solving voltage problem in the area and for starting work of 66KV Electric Station in Lashtadhar.

Shri Anirudh Singh, MLA from Kasumpti assembly constituency demanded that Eversunny-Bhont road be made busable and inaugurated at the earliest. He urged that Primary Health Centres may be opened at Vikasnagar and New Shimla. He requested to take Tungish Sanskrit College in Cheog under government control and demanded that a government college should be opened in Koti area and Girls College in Bhattakuffar. He requested that parking may be constructed in Cemetery area of Sanjauli, Dhalli and Kasumpti on BOT basis.

Shri Suresh Bhardwaj, MLA from Shimla Urban assembly constituency requested that pumping station at Ashwani khad may be replaced and Pabbar Gravity Water Scheme should be constructed at the earliest. He also demanded for adequate parking space in Shimla. He urged for alternative mode of transport, ropeway and tunnels in Shimla and PHC at Khalini.

Shri Mohan Lal Brakta, MLA from Rohru assembly constituency requested that Rohru Civil Hospital should be upgraded and foundation stone of Rohru Subzi Mandi may be laid at the earliest. He also demanded that a new bus stand should be constructed in Chirgaon and Rohru-Chirgaon-Dodra Kwar road be declared as State Highway. He requested for upgradation of Government Middle School, Badhal. He urged that trades in Government Polytechnics College, Rohru should be increased.

Mandi district Shri Vinod Kumar, MLA from Nachan assembly constituency requested for exploring the tourism potential in his assembly segment. He urged for upgrading CHC Gohar, filling up vacant posts of Doctors and providing more funds for the construction of roads. He also urged to open agriculture based industry in his area.

Shri Jai Ram Thakur, MLA from Seraj assembly constituency stressed the need for timely forest clearances for the construction of roads and making adequate budgetary provision of maintenance of roads. He requested for replacing the old wooden electricity poles with steel tubular poles and sorting out the low voltage problem in his area. He also urged to fill vacant posts of Doctors and Para Medical staff.

Shri Inder Singh, MLA from Sarkaghat assembly constituency said that many DPRs of roads were lying pending since 2007-08 and urged for expediting the same. He also urged to fill the vacant posts of Draughtsman, Surveyors and JCB operators and requested for setting up indoor block at Referral Hospital Sarkaghat besides deploying specialist doctors in the hospital. He also urged for strengthening the educational institutions in his area.

Bilaspur district Shri Bamber Thakur, MLA from Bilaspur assembly constituency thanked the Chief Minister for filling vacant posts of Doctors and providing plots to the Bhakra Dam Oustees and people belonging to Balmiki community in Bilaspur. He said that a post of Patwari should be created at circle level in the PWD department and requested for constructing artificial lake over Ali Khud near Kungarhatti bridge to boost the tourism activities in the area.

Shri Randhir Sharma, MLA from Sri Naina Devi Ji assembly constituency said that efforts should be done for early forest clearance for construction of various roads. He requested for proper maintenance of NH-21 from Swarghat to Bilaspur and urged that closed bus routes in his constituency should be restored and adequate buses should be plied.

15 dead in Himachal bus accident

Shimla, Sep 27 (IANS) At least 15 people were killed and three injured Friday morning when a private mini-bus skidded off the road and rolled down a 500 ft deep gorge in Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Khajana Ram said the mini bus was on its way from Ucha Tikkar to Renuka ji (a town). The accident took place near Jabrog village, about 70 km from district headquarter Nahan, in Sangrah subdivision.

Preparations are underway to implement Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme for LPG subsidy in 7 more districts of Himachal Pradesh. Chamba, Kangra, Shimla, Solan, Sirmaur, Kullu, Lahaul Spiti are the seven districts of Himachal Pradesh where the scheme would be extended.

Before this, LPG subsidy through DBT scheme which began from 1st June includes Una, Bilaspur and Hamirpur districts of Himachal Pradesh. The scheme began in the fourth district (Mandi) of Himachal Pradesh from August 1. Government has started Cash Transfer Compliance Customer (CTC) system for more than 70% LPG consumers in the said districts.

For CTC consumers have been given a time frame till 30th September to provide their bank account linked Aadhaar number to their gas agencies. Those consumers would be denied of LPG subsidy from October 1 who will fail to submit their bank account linked Aadhaar number to their gas distributors until the set deadline. Consumer will have to buy LPG cylinder at market price from October 1 while the subsidy amount of 9 LPG cylinders per year would be credited into their Aadhaar linked bank account.

Mining mafia in Himachal Pradesh enjoys political patronage: Virbhadra Singh

Admitting that illegal mining in Himachal Pradesh enjoyed political patronage, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Friday assured the state assembly that his government would soon clamp down on the mafia.
His assertions came about a fortnight after an attempt was made on the life of Yunus Khan, an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and batchmate of the suspended Durga Shakti Nagpal of Uttar Pradesh, who had taken on the sand mining mafia in Gautam Budh Nagar district of her state.

पांवटा साहिब में चौकसी बढ़ाई

पांवटा साहिब — रोहड़ू के बोंद्रा देवता मंदिर में हुई करोड़ों रुपए की चोरी तथा हत्या मामले की संगीनता को देखते हुए उत्तराखंड की सीमा से सटे पांवटा साहिब की सीमा को खाकी ने सील कर दिया है। सोमवार रात्रि हुई इस दोहरी सनसनीखेज वारदात के उपरांत जारी हुए निर्देशों से पांवटा पुलिस सक्रिय हो गई है। जिला से बाहरी राज्यों के लगते बैरियरों पर पुलिस ने चौकसी बढ़ा दी है तथा साथ-साथ बसों तथा गाडि़यों की तलाशी भी ली जा रही है। मंगलवार को यहां के राजबन चौकी के पास एसएचओ पांवटा साहिब भीष्म ठाकुर की अगवाई में पुलिस की एक टीम वाहनों की तलाशी अभियान में जुटी हुई है। विशेषकर रोहड़ू से देहरादून वाया विकासनगर जाने वाली निगम की बसें बंधर में मार्ग अवरुद्ध होने के चलते वाया शिलाई, पांवटा से होकर आ रही हैं, जिनकी विशेष रूप से अच्छी प्रकार से तलाशी ली जा रही है। रोहड़ू, चौपाल, शिमला आदि स्थानों से आने वाले हर छोटे-बड़े वाहनों को पुलिस बड़े बारीकी से जांच कर रही है। यहां तक कि बसों की हर सवारियों के बैग तक भी चैक हो रहे हैं। उधर, इस संदर्भ में थाना प्रभारी पांवटा भीष्म ठाकुर ने बताया कि रोहड़ू, शिमला, चौपाल आदि से आने वाली बसों, ट्रकों तथा छोटी गाडि़यों की एहतियातन चैकिंग की जा रही है, ताकि अज्ञात लुटेरे राज्य से बाहर न निकल सकें।

बाढ़ पीडि़तों को मिले राशन

नाहन — जिला सिरमौर कांग्रेस कमेटी के जिला अध्यक्ष अजय सोलंकी ने जिला प्रशासन से मांग की है कि बाढ़ पीढि़तों से प्रभावित लोगों को कम से कम सात दिन का राशन दिया जाए। उन्होंने प्रशासन से मांग की है कि जिला के विभिन्न हिस्सों में जिसमें खासकर नाहन विधानसभा क्षेत्र के बनकला, सतीवाला, कोलर, धौलाकुआं, रामपुर भारापुर, पड़दूनी, सैनवाला मुबारिकपुर आदि क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, के बाढ़ पीडि़तों का पूर्ण आकलन कर इसकी शीघ्र रिपोर्ट प्रशासन व सरकार को सौंपी जाए। मंगलवार को बाढ़ से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का दौरा कांग्रेस के जिला अध्यक्ष अजय सोलंकी ने हिमफैड के नवनियुक्त अध्यक्ष कंवर अजय बहादुर सिंह, नाहन मंडल अध्यक्ष अनूप ठाकुर आदि के साथ प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उपायुक्त सिरमौर विकास लाबरू, अतिरिक्त जिला दंडाधिकारी मनमोहन शर्मा, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक सिरमौर भगत सिंह ठाकुर, उपमंडलाधिकारी पांवटा साहिब श्रवण मांटा आदि अधिकारी भी शामिल थे। इस दौरान टीम ने करीब 15 किलोमीटर पैदल चलकर प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में बाढ़ से हुए नुकसान का जायजा लिया। कांग्रेस कमेटी के जिला अध्यक्ष अजय सोलंकी ने इस दौरान बाढ़ प्रभावितों से बातचीत की तथा उनको हुए नुकसान का विवरण लिया। उन्होंने इस दौरान सभी कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताआें से अपील की कि राजनीति से उपर उठकर बाढ़ से पीडि़त व्यक्तियों की तन-मन-धन से सहायता करें। इस अवसर पर ग्राम पंचायत बनकला की प्रधान बिमला देवी, सतीवाला की प्रधान रमेश कौर, धौलाकुआं प्रधान चौधरी रणजीत सिंह, पूर्व मंडल प्रधान बलबीर सिंह, मास्टर ज्ञान चंद, मंजूर अली, बल बहादुर सिंह, यशपाल, सतीश कुमार आदि दर्जनों लोग प्रशासन व कांगे्रस के नेताआें से मिले।

गत्ताधार पीएचसी को 108

संगड़ाह — मुख्य संसदीय सचिव विनय कुमार ने रविवार को स्वास्थ्य खंड संगड़ाह के अंतर्गत आने वाली पीएचसी गत्ताधार के लिए 108 एंबुलेंस को रवाना किया। संगड़ाह अस्पताल परिसर में प्रातः 11 बजे सीपीएस लोक निर्माण ने 108 को हरी झंडी दिखाई। प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा हाल ही में जिला में भेजी गई छह नई एंबुलेंस में से एक गत्ताधार पीएचसी को मिली। विनय कुमार ने 108 को हरी झंडी दिखाने के बाद संगड़ाह अस्पताल का निरीक्षण किया तथा यहां मरीजों को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं का जायजा लिया। सीपीएस ने अस्पताल में दाखिल मरीजों का हाल चाल पूछा तथा उनकी समस्याएं पूछी। मरीजों तथा स्थानीय लोगों ने तीन वर्षों से लंबित संगड़ाह अस्पताल भवन के निर्माण, मरीजों के भोजन की उचित व्यवस्था, लैब टेक्नीशियन व महिला चिकित्सक की नियुक्ति तथा अस्पताल में बेहतर सेवाएं मुहैया करवाने संबंधित मुद्दे सीपीएस के समक्ष उठाए। संगड़ाह अस्पताल के लंबित भवन को लेकर उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिए बजट उपलब्ध है तथा अगस्त माह के पहले सप्ताह में दोबारा जमीन के चयन को लेकर स्वास्थ्य विभाग व प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की बैठक रखी गई है। इस अवसर पर एसडीएम संगड़ाह एचएस ब्रास्कन, बीएमओ डाक्टर एनके भारद्वाज, स्थानीय पंचायत प्रधान तपेंद्र चौहान, गत्ताधार निवासी नेत्र शर्मा व सुखराम तथा भारी संख्या में अन्य लोग मौजूद थे।

दूसरे दिन भी 19 सड़कें बंद

नाहन — जिला सिरमौर में हुई रिकार्डतोड़ बारिश से न केवल ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की सड़कें, बल्कि राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग भी बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है। राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग पर भू-स्खलन व चट्टाने गिरने से नेशनल हाई-वे 72 शनिवार को दिनभर बंद रहा, लेकिन देर शाम को नेशनल हाई-वे अथॉरिटी ने राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग छोटे वाहनों के लिए खोल दिया था। भले ही नेशनल हाई-वे अथॉरिटी ने छोटे वाहनों के लिए सड़क मार्ग बहाल कर दिया था, लेकिन बड़े वाहनों की आवाजाही रविवार को हुई। रविवार को राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग-72 पर यातायात पूरी तरह सामान्य हो गया, लेकिन लोक निर्माण विभाग की दूसरे दिन भी करीब 19 सड़कें बंद पड़ी हैं। विभाग का कहना है कि विभाग के कर्मचारी दिन-रात कार्य में लगे हैं, जिसके चलते 24 सड़कों पर यातायात बहाल कर दिया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक जिला सिरमौर में भारी बारिश व भू-स्खलन के कारण शनिवार प्रातः जिला की सभी सड़कें बंद हो गई थीं, मगर विभाग ने दोपहर बाद तक अधिकतर सड़कों पर यातायात बहाल कर दिया था। शनिवार को विभाग की 43 सड़कें बंद हो गई थीं। लोक निर्माण विभाग के नाहन सर्किल के अधीक्षण अभियंता ईं. आरके कैंथ ने बताया कि शुक्रवार रात को हुई मूसलाधार बारिश से जिला सिरमौर की सभी सड़कें बंद पड़ी थी, लेकिन विभाग के कर्मियों ने अधिकतर सड़कों पर यातायात बहाल कर दिया था। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला की 43 में से अब केवल 19 सड़कें ही बंद पड़ी हैं, जिन्हें शीघ्र खोल दिया जाएगा। अधीक्षण अभियंता ने कहा कि जिला सिरमौर में सबसे अधिक सड़कों को शिलाई मंडल में नुकसान हुआ है। उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा पूरे सर्किल में 22 जेसीबी लगाई गई हैं, ताकि लंबे समय तक सड़कें बंद न हो। श्री कैंथ ने बताया कि भारी बारिश के चलते हुए भू-स्खलन से लोक निर्माण विभाग को गत दो दिनों में करीब दो करोड़ रुपए का नुकसान हुआ है। उधर नेशनल हाई-वे अथारिटी के सहायक अभियंता नरेंद्र वर्मा ने बताया कि भारी बारिश के चलते राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग 72 शनिवार को बंद हो गया था। उन्होंने बताया कि शनिवार देर शाम को अथॉरिटी ने एनएच पर यातायात बहाल कर दिया था। उन्होंने कहा कि शनिवार रात्रि कटासन के पास हुए भू-स्खलन के चलते एक ट्रक बीच सड़क में फंस गया था, जिसके चलते प्रातः करीब आठ बजे तक एनएच बंद रहा।

संगड़ाह —उपमंडल संगड़ाह के अंतर्गत आने वाली पंचायतों में शनिवार देर रात से रविवार सायं खबर लिखे जाने तक बीएसएनएल की संचार सेवा ठप होने से न केवल सैकड़ों मोबाइल व लैंडलाइन धारक परेशान रहे बल्कि क्षेत्र में मौजूद एटीएम व बीएसएनएल लाइन से चलने वाले अन्य संस्थान भी बंद रहे। प्रशासन द्वारा बरसात में प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से निपटने के लिए एसडीएम कार्यालय संगड़ाह में स्थापित कंट्रोल रूम का फोन जहां रविवार को बंद रहा वहीं संबंधित अधिकारियों के बीएसएनएल मोबाइल भी नेटवर्क न होने से बंद रहे। क्षेत्र में बार-बार बीएसएनएल नेटवर्क बंद रहने पर संगड़ाह में मौजूद सभी बैंक, एटीएम व सरकारी कार्यालयों में आनलाइन काम बंद रहता है। भारत संचार निगम द्वारा उपमंडल संगड़ाह में बरती जा रही लापरवाही का अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि संगड़ाह एक्सचेंज में इन दिनों एकमात्र लाइनमैन मौजूद है तथा जेटीओ व एसडीओ का पद आज तक नहीं भरा गया। निगम की सेवाओं से परेशान अधिकतर उपभोक्ता जहां अन्य निजी दूरसंचार कंपनियों के मोबाइल इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं। वहीं 28 पंचायतों में लैंडलाइन फोन बंद हो चुके हैं। विकास खंड संगड़ाह के पंचायत प्रतिनिधि कपूर चंद, कुलदीप ठाकुर, विनोद, दिनेश शर्मा, विद्या देवी, संतोष शर्मा, दौलतराम व दलीप भीमटा आदि ने बीएसएनएल अधिकारियों की लापरवाही के प्रति रोष जताया तथा विभिन्न विभागों व बैंकों से बीएसएनएल लीज लाइन की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था को अपील की। टीटीए संगड़ाह लंबी छुट्टी पर बताए गए तथा मौजूद लाइनमैन राम गोपाल ने कहा कि ओएफसी फटने से लाइन बंद हुई है। निगम के उपमहाप्रबंधक एचएस चौहान ने कहा कि आरएफसी लाइन जोड़ने के लिए टीम भेजी जा चुकी है। एसडीएम संगड़ाह एचएस ब्रास्कन ने कहा कि बीएसएनएल अधिकारियों से बात की जा चुकी है।

जल्द खुलेंगे बंद पड़े गर्ल्ज होस्टल

नाहन — प्रदेश के युवाओं को स्वरोजगार अपनाने हेतु सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षित किया जाएगा, इसके लिए सरकार द्वारा पूरे प्रदेश में बाकायदा कौशल विकास केंद्र खोले जा रहे हैं। यह बात जिला मुख्यालय नाहन में आयोजित पत्रकार वार्ता में सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्री डा. धनीराम शांडिल ने कही। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश के युवाआें को कौशल विकास का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा, ताकि राज्य के युवाआें को रोजगार के लिए इधर-उधर न भटकना पड़े। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला मुख्यालय नाहन में वर्षों से बंद पड़े कामकाजी महिलाआें के लिए बनाए गए होस्टल को शीघ्र चालू किया जाएगा, ताकि जिला के दूरदराज से उद्योगों एवं अन्य निजी क्षेत्रोंं में काम करने वाली कामकाजी महिलाआें को रियायती दरों पर आवास मुहैया करवाया जा सके। सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्री ने बताया कि जिला मुख्यालय नाहन स्थित राजकीय महाविद्यालय के भवन के लिए शीघ्र ही सरकार द्वारा नाहन फाउंड्री की करीब 30 बीघा जमीन उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी, ताकि महाविद्यालय की इमारत बनाई जा सके। इस अवसर पर जिला कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष अजय सोलंकी, नाहन मंडल अध्यक्ष अनूप ठाकुर, राकेश गर्ग, मनीराम पुंडीर, जयदीप शर्मा आदि कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित थे।

लहरों ने छू लिया बाता पुल

पांवटा साहिब — नेशनल हाई-वे 72 में बाता नदी पर बने पुल को जोड़ने के लिए बनी सुरक्षा दीवार का एक हिस्सा क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है, जिस कारण पुल की सुरक्षा को भी खतरा उत्पन्न हो गया है। हालांकि विभाग पुल को पूरी तरह सुरक्षित बता रहा है, परंतु क्षतिग्रस्त हिस्से से वन-वे ट्रैफिक किया गया है। प्राप्त जानकारी के मुताबिक शनिवार तड़के एक दफा बाता नदी का स्तर इतना अधिक हो गया था कि नदी की लहरें पुल के उपर से गुजरने लगी। एहतियातन एनएच तथा प्रशासन को करीब तीन घंटे पुल पर ट्रैफिक रोकना पड़ा। पानी के तेज बहाव से पुल के किनारे पर एप्रोच वॉल क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई, जिससे पुल को भी खतरा उत्पन्न हो गया है। तीन घंटे तक पुल से यातायात बंद रखा गया। जब नदी का स्तर कुछ कम हुआ तो एनएच के अधिकारियों ने विभाग के विशेषज्ञों के साथ पुल का मुआयना किया तथा पुल को सुरक्षित करार देकर ट्रैफिक बहाल कर दिया। हालांकि क्षतिग्रस्त स्थान पर ट्रैफिक सिंगल किया गया है, ताकि दीवार पर ज्यादा बजन न पड़े। सहायक अभियंता एनएच ईं. नरेंद्र वर्मा ने बताया कि पुल की एप्रोच वॉल थोड़ी क्षतिग्रस्त हुई है, परंतु पुल को कोई खतरा नहीं है। जलस्तर बढ़ने पर एहतियात के तौर पर तीन घंटे ट्रैफिक बंद रखा गया तथा बाद में बहाल किया गया। पुल रिपेयरिंग की आवश्यकता है तथा इसके लिए जल्द कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

संगड़ाह-हरिपुरधार सड़क बंद

संगड़ाह — भारी बारिश व भू-स्खलन से बंद हुई उपमंडल संगड़ाह की संगड़ाह- रेणुकाजी व संगड़ाह-हरिपुरधार सड़क पर शुक्रवार मध्यरात्रि से शनिवार बाद दोपहर साढ़े 12 बजे तक यातायात सेवा बहाल न हो सकी तथा जगह-जगह दर्जनों वाहन जाम में फंसे रहे। दनोईव बड़याल्टा नामक स्थान पर बंद हुई क्षेत्र की दोनों मुख्य सड़कों पर सुबह देरी से लोक निर्माण की जेसीबी पहुंचने से उपमंडल की 41 पंचायतों का संपर्क 12 घंटे नाहन, चौपाल, सोलन व शिमला सहित प्रदेश के विभिन्न हिस्सों से कटा रहा। परिवहन निगम की बढ़ौल, शिवपुर, कोटी-चियान व घंटों बस सहित डेढ़ दर्जन के करीब निजी बसें भी क्षेत्र में फंसी रहीं। उपमंडल मुख्यालय संगड़ाह में शनिवार को 88 एमएम बारिश रिकार्ड की गई। विकास खंड संगड़ाह के पंचायत प्रतिनिधि दलीप भीमटा, कपूर चंद, दौलत राम, संतोष शर्मा व सुमित्रा आदि ने लोक निर्माण विभाग व प्रशासन से लापरवाही न बरतने की अपील की है। लोक निर्माण विभाग के एसडीओ केएल चौधरी व अधिशाषी अभियंता यशपाल कौशल ने बताया कि वह विभागीय कार्य से दिल्ली गई है तथा सड़कों से मलबा हटाने को जेसीबी लगी है। एसडीएम संगड़ाह एचएस ब्रास्कन ने कहा कि बड़याल्टा में जेसीबी लगी है।

ददाहू — जिला में मानसूनी भारी बारिश का सबसे अधिक प्रभाव धारटीधार क्षेत्र में बताया जा रहा है। शुक्रवार को हुई व्यापक बारिश से धारटीधार क्षेत्र की दस से अधिक पंचायतों का संपर्क जिला से कट गया है। जानकारी के अनुसार धारटीधार की मालगी, छदेती, भनेत, हलद्ववाड़ी, भरोग-बनेड़ी, बाडथल, मधाना, थाना कशोगा, कांडो-कांसर आदि दर्जन भर पंचायतों का संपर्क भू-स्खलन से यातायात प्रभावित होने से बाधित हो गया है। भरोग बनेड़ी के पूर्व प्रधान रामेश्वर शर्मा ने बताया कि बाथला-तिरमली, जटौन, मैहल, भनयौण, खाली, अच्छौण मार्ग बंद हो गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि कांसर गांव में भी कई घरों में ऊपर मलबा आने से लोग घरों को छोड़ने को मजबूर हो हुए हैं, वहीं वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशाला भरोग-बनेड़ी, वन चौकी इत्यादि में भी भू-स्खलन हुआ है। पूर्व प्रधान ने बताया कि कई किसानों की फसलों को भी नुकसान पहुंचा है। वहीं, रेणुका-सतौन मार्ग बाधित होने से आवाजाही प्रभावित हुई है।

बीच रास्ते में फंस गया टमाटर

पांवटा साहिब — शुक्रवार रातभर हुई भारी बारिश से उपमंडल पांवटा का गिरिपार क्षेत्र शेष प्रदेश से कट गया है। भारी बारिश के चलते बद्रीपुर-गुम्मा एनएच 73बी जगह-जगह क्षतिग्रस्त होकर अवरुद्ध हो गया है, जिससे यातायात प्रभावित हुआ है। प्राप्त जानकारी के मुताबिक पांवटा-शिलाई सड़क मार्ग सतौन से कमरऊ के मध्य स्कूल मोड़, चिलौण तथा हैवणा समेत करीब आधा दर्जन स्थानों पर बंद हो गया है, जिस कारण जहां लोगों को आवागमन में दिक्कतें उत्पन्न हो रही हैं, वहीं टमाटर की करीब 60-70 गाडि़यां बीच में ही फंस गई हैं। इन गाडि़यों में लगभग 18 हजार क्रेट टमाटर के हैं। हालांकि विभाग प्रयासों में लगा हुआ है, परंतु शनिवार देर शाम तक ही यातायात बहाल होने की सिर्फ संभावनाएं बताई जा रही हैं। हैवणा में जहां बड़ी-बड़ी चट्टानें सड़क पर आ गिरी हैं, वहीं चिलौण में सड़क का करीब 50-60 मीटर का दायरा काफी क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है। मौके पर डटे सहायक अभियंता ईं. मोहक्कम सिंह ने बताया कि दोनों तरफ मशीनें लगाई गई हैं तथा सड़क काफी क्षतिग्रस्त हुई है। मौसम साफ रहा तो जल्द यातायात बहाल होने के पूरे आसार हैं। जानकारी के मुताबिक मंडल की अछोटी-पंदयाट, शिल्ला-गुंडाह, कफोटा-कोटी, सोलन-मीनस, चांदनी-कठवाड़, सतौन-रेणुकाजी, मानल-कोड़गा, मानल-कांटीमश्वा, सतौन-पौका, तिलौरधार-शमाह, कुफ्फर-शावड़ी, शिलाई-बैल्ला इत्यादि कई संपर्क मार्ग बंद हो गए हैं। अधिशाषी अभियंता लोक निर्माण विभाग शिलाई प्रवेश कुमार खन्ना ने मंडल के 28 मुख्य तथा संपर्क मार्ग बंद होने की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया कि इस बारिश से मंडल को लाखों रुपए का नुकसान हुआ है। मार्ग खोलने के प्रयास जारी हैं तथा जल्द ही सभी सड़क मार्ग बहाल करवा दिए जाएंगे।

कफोटा पीएचसी को मिली एंबुलेंस

पांवटा साहिब — राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य मिशन के तहत लांच हुए 108 वाहन में सिरमौर को छह वाहन मिले हैं। इसमें से कई सालों से वाहन की मांग कर रहे पीएचसी कफोटा के अंतर्गत ग्रामीणों को भी यह सौगात मिल गई है, जिससे क्षेत्र में खुशी का माहौल है। आखिरकार कफोटा पीएचसी को 108 वाहन की सुविधा मिल गई है। बुधवार को पीएचसी कफोटा के लिए स्वीकृत हुआ 108 वाहन पीएचसी में तैनात हो गया है, जिस पर कफोटा की आसपास की एक दर्जन से अधिक पंचायतों ने खुशी व्यक्त की है। उल्लेखनीय है कि कफोटा पीएचसी में 108 वाहन की बड़ी आवश्यकता थी, यहां पर इस वाहन की सुविधा न होने से पांवटा अथवा शिलाई से आपात स्थिति में 108 बुलानी पड़ती थी, जिन्हें पहुंचने में घंटों लग जाते थे। ‘दिव्य हिमाचल’ ने भी शिलाई क्षेत्र के कफोटा तथा रोनहाट में 108 वाहन की दरकार संबंधी समस्या को कई दफा प्रकाशित किया था। अभी हाल ही में पहली जुलाई को ‘दिव्य हिमाचल’ ने ‘कफोटा में 108 ने भटकाए मरीज’, शीर्षक से सुविधा न मिलने से परेशान लोगों की दिक्कतों को प्रमुखता से प्रकाशित किया था। आखिरकार सरकार ने कफोटा के लोगों की पुकार सुन ली तथा यहां पर 108 वाहन दे दिया। बोकालापाब पंचायत प्रधान तोताराम शर्मा, उपप्रधान तोताराम, दुगाना पंचायत प्रधान इंदु पुंडीर, शिल्ला पंचायत प्रधान रणजीत चौहान समेत पूर्व जिप सदस्य जगत सिंह पुंडीर, पूर्व प्रधान रतिराम शर्मा, संतराम शर्मा, व्यापार मंडल प्रधान हृदयराम पुंडीर, अतर सिंह बस मालिक, भीम सिंह तौमर, पूर्व उपप्रधान गीताराम कपूर आदि का कहना है कि सरकार के इस निर्णय से कफोटा केंद्र के चारों तरफ टटियाणा-ठोंठाजाखल, टिंबी, मस्त-भोज तथा कमरऊ आदि की हजारों की आबादी को आपात के समय राहत मिलेगी। सरकार का यह निर्णय सराहनीय है।

12 कन्याओं को दस-दस हजार की राशि

नाहन, संगड़ाह — सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्री डा. कर्नल धनीराम शांडिल ने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा गृह अनुदान योजना के तहत घर निर्माण सहायता राशि को 48500 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 75 हजार रुपए कर दिया गया है। डा. शांडिल रेणुका विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंधेरी में ‘बेटी है अनमोल’ योजना के तहत बेटियों को चेक वितरित करने के बाद जनसभा को संबोधित कर रहे थे। सहारोह में 12 बच्चियों को दस-दस हजार रुपए के चेक वितरित किए गए। उन्होंने बताया कि कौशल विकास भत्ते के तहत युवाओं को स्वरोजगार अपनाने हेतु प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है, ताकि हमारे युवा आत्मनिर्भर व स्वभावलंबी बन सकें। उन्होंने जानकारी दी कि सरकार द्वारा महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण हेतु कई योजनाएं चालू की हैं, जिसमें 50 हजार रुपए तक का ऋण सस्ती ब्याज दरों पर उपलब्ध करवाया जा रहा है। साथ ही दलित वर्ग की महिलाओं को व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण के तहत चार प्रतिशत ऋण पर ब्याज उपलब्ध करवाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि प्रदेश सरकार ने पुलिस में निरीक्षक स्तर तक के 20 प्रतिशत पदों को महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित किया है। उन्होंने बताया कि सामाजिक न्याय व अधिकारिता विभाग विभिन्न आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के बीच एक प्रतियोगिता भी आयोजित करने पर विचार कर रहा है, जिसमें पहला, दूसरा व तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र को सम्मानित किया जाएगा, जिससे आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की कार्यप्रणाली में सुधार आने के साथ-साथ नौनिहालों को अपनी प्रतिभा प्रदर्शित करने का अवसर भी मिलेगा। श्री शांडिल ने जानकारी दी कि मिनी आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं का मानदेय 17़50 से बढ़ाकर 2500 कर दिया गया है, जबकि अन्य कार्यकर्ताओं के मानदेय में बढ़ोतरी विचार किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने ग्राम पंचायत अंधरी, दाथल आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र भवन के लिए 4़.50 लाख रुपए स्वीकृत किए, जबकि हरिजन बस्ती संगड़ाह के सामुदायिक भवन हेतु प्राक्कलन तैयार करने तथा क्षेत्र में हैंडपंप लगाने हेतु स्थानों का चयन करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत करने वाले आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों को पांच हजार रुपए देने की घोषणा भी की।

शावगा स्कूल वालीबाल चैंपियन

राजगढ़ — दो दिवसीय खंड स्तरीय पायका प्रतियोगिता खंड राजगढ़ के राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशाला फागू स्कूल में रविवार को संपन्न हो गई। समापन समारोह के मुख्यतिथि एडीसी सिरमौर मनमोहन शर्मा थे। उन्होंने विजेता खिलाडि़यों को पुरस्कार बांटे तथा अपने संबोधन के दौरान उन्हें नसीहतें तथा बधाइयां दीं। खंड राजगढ़ की इस प्रतियोगिता में क्षेत्र की 13 पंचायतों के 250 खिलाडि़यों ने भाग लेकर अपनी खेल प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन किया। खेल का मुख्य आकर्षण शावगा स्कूल की नन्हीं-नन्ही खिलाडि़यों का रहा। उन्होंने अपने से दोगुनी ऊंचाई वाली लड़कियों से अपने बेहतर खेल प्रदर्शन के सहारे वालीबाल का प्रथम पुरस्कार छीन कर अपने नाम कर लिया। उनके सुंदर प्रदर्शन को देख कर वालीबाल प्रेमी उनकी प्रशंसा किए बिना नहीं रह सके रवि भारद्वाज ने उन्हें 1100 रुपए का नकद इनाम दिया। लड़कियों के वालीबाल का दूसरा इनाम फागू को गया। इसी प्रकार लड़कों के वालीबाल में प्रथम पुरस्कार चांबीधार तथा द्वितीय पुरस्कार फागू को मिला। अन्य प्रतियोगिताओं के तहत लड़कियों की कबड्डी में सनौरा को प्रथम तथा फागू को द्वितीय इनाम एवं लड़कों की कबड्डी में भनोग को प्रथम तथा छोगटाली को दूसरा इनाम मिला। बैडमिंटन में सनोरा की खिलाडि़यों को प्रथम तथा मंडियाघाट को दूसरा इनाम मिला। कुश्ती के 42 किलो वर्ग में राहुल भनोग को प्रथम आयूब भूइरा को द्वितीय, 46 किलो वर्ग में सुभाष मंडियाघाट को पहला तथा हितेष को दूसरा, 54 किलो वर्ग में अनुभव फागू को प्रथम तथा कृष्ण भूइरा को द्वितीय एवं 58 किलो वर्ग में नरेश भनोग को प्रथम तथा नितेष छोगटाली को द्वितीय पुरस्कार मिला। इसी प्रकार लड़कों के वर्ग में 3000 मीटर दौड़ में भूइरा के आयूष को प्रथम, सनौरा के आदर्श को द्वितीय तथा फागू के मदन को तीसरा इनाम मिला। 800 मीटर दौड़ में फागू के राहुल को प्रथम, सनौरा के रोहित को द्वितीय तथा भनोग के ऋषभ को तीसरा पुरस्कार मिला। लड़कियों की 400 मीटर रेस में बनीता देवठी मझगांव को प्रथम तथा यहीं की कृति को द्वितीय, जबकि 100 मीटर रेस में दीक्षा सनौरा को

रेणुका की पांच खदानें जांचीं

नाहन — प्रदेश के उद्योग विभाग के खनन विंग की चार सदस्यीय टीम ने सोमवार को जिला सिरमौर के रेणुका क्षेत्र की बंद पड़ी चूना खदानों का निरीक्षण किया। टीम ने सोमवार को रेणुका क्षेत्र के भूतमढ़ी व बड़ग की पांच चूना खदानों का जायजा लिया तथा चूना खदानों में पड़े स्टॉक का निरीक्षण किया। विभाग की टीम तीन दिनों तक जिला की चूना खदानों का निरीक्षण करेगी। निरीक्षण के उपरांत विभाग की टीम सरकार को बंद पड़ी चूना खदानों की विस्तृत रिपोर्ट सौंपेगी। जानकारी के मुताबिक राज्य सहायक ज्योलॉजिकल अधिकारी सरित चंद्रा की अगवाई में रविवार को चार सदस्यीय टीम जिला के प्रवास पर पहुंची है। पहले दिन खनन विभाग की टीम ने जिला सिरमौर के गिरिपार क्षेत्र के कमरऊ, पमता, बड़वास व बांगणधार आदि की अरसे से बंद पड़ी चूना खदानों का निरीक्षण किया, जबकि सोमवार को टीम ने रेणुका के भूतमढ़ी व बड़ग की पांच खदानों का जायजा लिया। जानकारी के मुताबिक मंगलवार को खनन विभाग की टीम संगड़ाह क्षेत्र की चूना खदानों का निरीक्षण करेगी। स्थानीय लोगों ने बताया कि चूना खदानें बंद होने से क्षेत्र के सैकड़ों परिवारों को रोजी रोटी के लाले पड़ गए। उधर, इस संबंध में जिला खनन अधिकारी संजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि सोमवार को टीम ने रेणुका क्षेत्र की बड़ग व भूतमढ़ी की बंद पड़ी पांच चूना खदानों का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने कहा कि निरीक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य खनन मालिकों की मांग पर खदानों में पड़ा स्टॉक उठाने की अनुमति देना है। साथ ही बंद पड़ी चूना खदानों की रिपोर्ट प्रदेश सरकार को सौंपी जाएगी।
