Himachal becomes 6th State to achieve 100% Aadhaar Saturation

A spokesperson of IT Department informed here today that Himachal Pradesh has achieved 100% Aadhaar Saturation out of current population of 2015. Aadhaar numbers have been generated for 72, 52,880 residents in the State. With this, Himachal Pradesh has become the 6th State/ UT in the Country to achieve 100% Aadhaar saturation after Delhi, Telangana, Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh.

He thanked all the people of the State, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh for his guidance, government functionaries, all District administrations and all the people involved in Aadhaar for this big achievement. To maintain 100% Aadhaar saturation in future, we have deployed 780 Tablets through Anganwari workers to cover 0-5 age group in the State and 250 Tablets will be deployed through Health Institutions to cover new born babies in the State, he added.

Spokesperson said that as biometric updation is mandatory at attaining the age of 5 years and 15 years, we have 240 Permanent Enrolment Centres (PECs) operational for updation and enrolment activity down to the block level. He said that 22 Aadhaar Mobile Vans are also operational to cover any left out Citizen or elderly person in the remote areas of the State.

He said that to facilitate citizens Aadhaar helpdesk was also made  functional in the State to address any Aadhaar related query the contact number for the same is 0177-2626709.  He said queries related to Aadhaar can also be addressed to the Aadhaar Nodal Officer, Department of IT, IT Bhawan, Shoghi Bypass Road, Meheli Shimla, email:aadhaar@hp.gov.in. He said that the State was committed to take Aadhaar program further and integrate same in all the government services. He also thanked UIDAI for their support and hoped to continue same in near future for better service delivery using Aadhaar.

Election Commission launches programme to link Photo Identity Card with Aadhaar

Chief Electoral Officer Mr Narender Chauhan said here today that as per the directions of Election Commission of India (ECI), the National Electoral Rolls Purification and Authentication Programme (NERPAP) had been launched in the State from 3rd March to 31st July, 2015. He said that during this period Electors Photo Identity Card data of electors would be linked with Aadhaar Data of UIDAI and necessary corrections in electors rolls would be carried out alongwith the registration of left out eligible voters and deletion of ineligible electors.

Mr Chauhan said that Booth level Officers would make house to house visit in a phased manner between March and June, 2015 for authenticating electors details in respect of every elector and would provide Form 6,7,8 and 8A so as to apply for a fresh enrollment, correction, deletion or transposition, if asked for. The Booth Level Officer will also collect information pertaining to Aadhaar number, mobile number, e-mail ids of the electors unregistered eligible voters. In case any house is found locked or the family member fails to provide complete information, the Booth Level Officer will leave behind a request letter and will revisit that house subsequently for collecting the said information in the prescribed format.

Mr Chauhan said that electors details could be linked with the Aadhaar number by visiting the Election Commission of India’s website. This information can also be provided by the elector unregistered eligible voter by way of sending an SMS or by e-mail to District Election Officer or by making a call at toll free no. 1950. In addition to this, photo copies of Aadhaar Card and Electors Photo Identity Cards can also be submitted to the Booth Level Officers or in the office of Electoral Registration Officer or District Election Officer.

He said that a person having registration of elector at two places was a punishable offence under the provisions of Section 31 of Representation of the People Act, 1950. He said that an opportunity was being given to all such electors who have been enrolled at more than one place to apply for deletion in Form7 from all such place or places excepting the place of their ordinary residence.

Mr Chauhan said that linkage of elector data with Aadhaar number would check dual registration He urged all electors and Political Parties to extend their full cooperation for making this Programme a success.

Modified Direct Benefit Transfer for LPG Scheme

A Spokesman of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department said here today that Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme for LPG, PAHAL was launched in all districts of the State except Kinnaur and Lahaul and Spiti districts on 15 November, 2014. He said that the LPG consumers had got grace period of three months upto 14th  February, 2015 during which they continued to receive the cylinders at subsidized rate.

He said that from 15th February, 2015, sale of gas cylinders has started happening at market price for all LPG consumers. Those consumers who have joined PAHAL were getting subsidy amount directly in their bank accounts. The consumers, who still have not joined PAHAL were requested to do so immediately to get the subsidy.

The spokesman added that there was a three months parking period till 14th May, 2015 during which sale will happen at market price for all LPG consumers. The LPG consumers, who join the scheme in this parking period, will receive their subsidy which is due to them. If not joined during this period, the subsidy amount will lapse.

He said that to join PAHAL, the consumers have to link their Aadhaar number with both LPG consumer number and bank account. He said that to link Aadhaar with LPG consumer number, the resident must hand over copy of Aadhaar to their LPG dealer. Similarly, a copy of Aadhaar must also be given in the bank for linking.

The spokesman urged all LPG consumers in the State to join PAHAL at the earliest so that they continue to receive subsidy.

He said that consumers who had already joined the scheme earlier and had received cash subsidy in their bank accounts, need not do it again  and can check their Aadhaar linking status by using facility of *99*99# from their mobile. Special drive for enrollment of Aadhaar

The Spokesman of Information Technology Department said here today that a special drive would be started from 12 th September, 2014 in the State to cover remaining population under Aadhaar. He said that under this drive 50 mobile vans equipped with Aadhaar enrollment kits alongwith certified operators would be deployed in Shimla district
and one van would be available in each panchayat for a period of three days. He said after Shimla district the drive would be followed in other districts also.
He said that Smt. Vidya Stokes,
Irrigation and Public Health and Information Technology Minister would flag off the van on 12 th September, 2014 at H.P. Secretariat, Shimla.
The spokesman said that besides covering elderly and differently abled
persons during this drive, the vans would also provide e-Aadhaar letters to those residents, whose Aadhaar has not been received yet or was
lost. He said that Himachal Pradesh was one of the leading States in Aadhaar coverage in the country, where more than 68.63 lakh residents have been enrolled and UID has been generated for more than 64.90 lakh residents.

Last date for making AADHAR based ration cards extended

A Spokesman of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department said here today that last date for making AADHAR based computerized rationcards under National Food Security Act had been extended upto 15th February, 2014.
He appealed to the consumers who had not deposited their forms for making AADHAR based computerized ration cards, to deposit the same with the concerned Panchayat Secretary in rural areas and Food Inspector of Food and Civil Supplies or at their nearest fair price depots.

How to seed/update your Aadhaar information

Any State Resident (Himachal Pradesh) can seed his/her KYR+ information to Resident Data Hub database.

KYR+ data includes additional information to the resident. It includes LPG No, PAN Card, Pariwar Register No, Employment Exchange No, Driving License No, NREGA Jobcard No, EPIC Card No, Bank Account No, Passport, and Ration Card No.

State Government of Himachal Pradesh has prepared a Self Seeding Portal that houses the KYR Information (name/gender/dob, etc) for every resident of Himachal Pradesh who has registered for an Aadhaar number. Based on the registration data of the state residents, the Self Seeding Portal is a useful source of the KYR data and aims to leverage the data to the various State Departments Delivery Applications.

Under a new initiative, the State Government Department of IT, HP has prepared a new service that will allow the resident to link his KYR+ data to the Aadhaar details. KYR+ information includes LPG Consumer No, PAN Card, Driving License, etc. This document aims to explain the features and usage via which a state resident can seed his/her own KYR+ data.

How To Enter KYR+ Information:

The resident has the option to search his data by entering any one combinations of the following options:

1. Aadhaar Number (12 digits) and Mobile number (10 digits) (the cell number registered with aadhaar data)

2. EID (14 digits) and Mobile number (the cell number registered with aadhaar data)

3. Aadhaar number and Email Id (the email id registered with aadhaar data)

4. EID and Email Id (the email id registered with aadhaar data)

In case resident has not provided any mobile no. or email id at the time of Aadhaar registration, he can seed his KYR+ data by providing first 3 characters of his/ her fist name and date of birth.

You will get one time password (OTP) on your registered Mobile or Email Id. Enter OTP and click Submit.

Consumers urged to deposit ration card forms by 20th January

Director, Food and Civil Supplies Department Shri Priyatu Mandal said here today that the process of making AADHAR based ration cards under National Food Security Act- 2013 had been started in the State. He said that Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh has appealed to the people of the State to deposit forms in this regard with Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department by 20th January, 2014 for making AADHAR based ration cards. He said that the ration under Public Distribution System would only be provided on the basis of new ration cards to the consumers in near future.
The forms for making AADHAR based new ration cards could be obtained from Panchayat Secretary/Panchayat Sahayak in the rural areas and from Inspector of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumers Department and Fair Price Shops set up under Public Distribution System in the urban area. 
He said that completely filled forms should be deposited with Panchayat Secretary/Sahayak in rural areas and in the office of Inspector of the department in urban areas by 20th January, 2014. 
Shri Mandal said that special emphasis had been given for empowerment of women in National Food Security Act and provision had been made to issue the ration card on the name of senior most woman member of the family. He said that if the age of woman member of the family was below 18 years, then only, the new ration card would be issued on the name of senior male member of the family and it would be transferred to the woman member after she attains the age of 18 years.

He said that Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department was implementing a comprehensive programme for computerization of Public Distribution System for bringing transparency in the system for benefiting the consumers.

•    Enter URL in web Browser: https://rasf.uidai.gov.in/seeding/User/ResidentSplash.aspx
•    When web page opens Click on Start Now.
•    Then Select your aadhaar address location like State & District.
•    Then enter your details like mainly Aadhaar No., Email ID & Mobile Number.
•    Then in Choose benefit Type Select LPG for linking LPG with Aadhaar Number, after that select Scheme Name like BPCL, IOCL, HPCL.
•    Then Select Distributor Name and in next section Enter Consumer Number

Link your Aadhaar number with your LPG Consumer ID

Preparations are underway to implement Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme for LPG subsidy in 7 more districts of Himachal Pradesh. Chamba, Kangra, Shimla, Solan, Sirmaur, Kullu, Lahaul Spiti are the seven districts of Himachal Pradesh where the scheme would be extended.

Link your Aadhaar number with your LPG Consumer ID
Before this, LPG subsidy through DBT scheme which began from 1st June includes Una, Bilaspur and Hamirpur districts of Himachal Pradesh. The scheme began in the fourth district (Mandi) of Himachal Pradesh from August 1. Government has started Cash Transfer Compliance Customer (CTC) system for more than 70% LPG consumers in the said districts.

For CTC consumers have been given a time frame till 30th September to provide their bank account linked Aadhaar number to their gas agencies. Those consumers would be denied of LPG subsidy from October 1 who will fail to submit their bank account linked Aadhaar number to their gas distributors until the set deadline. Consumer will have to buy LPG cylinder at market price from October 1 while the subsidy amount of 9 LPG cylinders per year would be credited into their Aadhaar linked bank account.

अब सीधी बैंक खाते में जाएगी पेमेंट

वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, ऊना : मनरेगा स्कीम के तहत सीधे लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते में राशि हस्तातरण सुनिश्चत करने के लिए उपायुक्त अभिषेक जैन ने बुधवार को यहा जिला के सभी खंड विकास अधिकारियों, ग्राम रोजगार सेवकों व कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटरों से बैठक की।


उन्होंने कहा कि जिला के जितने भी मनरेगा जॉब कार्डधारक है, उनकी पेमेंट उनके बैंक खातों में सीधे हस्तातरित होगी और बैंक खाते चूंकि आधार के साथ जोड़े गए है, इसलिए सभी जॉब कार्डधारकों के लिए यह जरूरी है कि वे अपने आधार नंबर संबंधित पंचायतों या ग्राम सेवक के पास

आधार के आधार पर संशय

जागरण संवाददाता, शिमला : भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण ने बेशक आधार कार्ड बनाने के लिए हिमाचल की पीठ थपथपाई हो मगर धरातल पर वास्तविकता कुछ और ही है। प्राधिकरण ने आधार कार्ड बनाने के लिए गोवा के बाद हिमाचल को दूसरे पायदान पर रखा है।


प्राधिकरण के मुताबिक प्रदेश में 93 प्रतिशत लोगों का आधार कार्ड के लिए नामांकन किया जा चुका है और 83 फीसद के आधार कार्ड बना दिए गए हैं। प्रदेश सरकार ने भी तीन महीने में शतप्रतिशत आधार कार्ड बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा है। आंकड़ों के अनुसार 64,45,602 लोगों ने आधार क

नादौन में आधार कार्ड पर हंगामा


नादौन — स्थानीय नगर पंचायत कार्यालय के पास आधार कार्ड कार्यालय में दोपहर उस समय सनसनी फैल गई, जब दो युवकों ने आधार कार्ड बना रहे कर्मी से मारपीट करनी शुरू कर दी। आधार कार्ड बना रहे कर्मी अश्वनी कुमार ने बताया कि दो युवक दोपहर दो बजे कार्यालय में आए और अपने आधार कार्ड में गलत छपे फोटो को ठीक करवाने के लिए कहने लगे। अश्वनी कुमार ने बताया जब उन्हें बताया गया कि आधार कार्ड पर छप चुके फोटो को ठीक नहीं किया जा सकता। उन्होंने बताया कि उन युवकों को टॉल-फ्री नंबर पर कॉल करने के लिए कहा गया, तो वे आपा खो बैठे थे। इतने में उनमें से एक युवक ने मारपीट करते कमरे में तोड़-फोड़ करनी शुरू कर दी। दो बजे के बाद घटित इस घटना के चलते आधार कार्ड बनवाने आए कई लोगों को भारी परेशानी हुई, क्योंकि वे काफी देर से तीन माह बाद आई अपनी बारी का इंतजार कर रहे थे। अश्वनी कुमार ने बताया कि जब तक कोई उचित कार्रवाई नहीं होती और सुरक्षा का आश्वासन प्रशासन नहीं देता है, तो आधार कार्ड सेंटर बंद रहेगा। अश्वनी कुमार ने इस बाबत एसडीएम नादौन तथा पुलिस थाना को भी सूचित कर दिया है। एसडीएम बलबीर ठाकुर ने बताया कि आधार कार्ड बनाने वाले युवक को बुलाया गया है। सारे मामले की जांच की जा रही है।

आपका आधार कार्ड खो गया है, नो टेंशन


शिमला — क्या आप का आधार नंबर कहीं खो गया है, तो इसके लिए आप को टेंशन लेने की कोई जरूरत नहीं हैं। विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण एक फार्म भरवा कर आप को आपका आधार नंबर जारी कर देगा। इसके लिए आप को प्राधिकरण द्वारा दिए गए फार्म पर अपना नाम या पिता का नाम पूरे पते के साथ भरना होगा, साथ ही, अगर पहले मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज किया हुआ होगा, तो वह भी दोबारा फार्म में भरना होगा प्राधिकरण। इन सभी दस्तावेजों के आधार पर कम्पयूटर में टे्रस करके आप को आपका आधार नंबर जारी करेगा। यह सुविधा केवल शहर में उन्हीं लोगों को प्रदान की जाएगी, जिनके आधार नंबर या तो कहीं खो गए हैं, या जिनके आधार का पंजीकरण स्लिप कहीं गुम हो गई है। तथा उन्हें आधार नंबर नहीं मिल सका हैं। प्राधिकरण यह सब राशन कार्ड में दर्ज होने वाले आधार नंबर की अनिवार्यता को ध्यान में रख कर कर रहा है। इसके लिए शिमला शहर में चार केंद्र स्थापित किए जो रहे हैं। दो उपायुक्त कार्यालय में, एक खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग में कुसुम्पटी स्थित मुख्यालय में, तथा एक ढली में निगम के सामुदायिक केंद्र में स्थापित किया जाएगा। इन केंद्रों में दो अप्रैल से काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। इस काम को कैसे करना है, इसकी पहले खाद्य निरीक्षकों को जानकारी प्रदान करवाई जाएगी, कि उन्हें कैसे काम करना है, और आधार नंबर को एंटर करना है। सोमवार को प्राधिकरण यह जानकारी प्रदान करने का काम करेगा। आधार नंबर को सभी के लिए जरूरी और अनिवार्य किया गया है। इसलिए लोगों को इसकी महत्ता बताने के लिए प्राधिकरण बार-बार मौका दे रहा है, क्योंकि भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई यह नई पहल जो लोगों की पहचान विशिष्ट नंबर से दिलाएगा। इसलिए हर खास व आम को इस योजना से जोड़ा जा रहा है। क्योंकि भविष्य में यही नंबर अब सभी सरकारी व निजी कामों के लिए इस्तेमाल में लाया जाएगा।
