HC imposes Rs 1 lakh on PSU for frivolous litigation
Shimla, Apr 7 (PTI) The Himachal Pradesh High Court today imposed a fine of Rs one lakh on officials of State Industrial Development Corporation Limited for "protracting" an "adventurous" litigation.
