HPU non teaching staff threaten to go on stir
Shimla, Feb 9 (PTI) Non-teaching staff of Himachal Pradesh University today threatened to go on stir over meagre allocation of the varsity fund, saying the funds were insufficient even to meet the salaries and pensions needs.
