Shimla, Jan 22 (PTI) Internal matters arising within any institution should be solved without involving outside parties, Chairman of Himachal Pradesh State Planning Board and 20-Point Programme Implementation Committee, Ram Thakur said today as he blamed "vested interests" for creating trouble at the CSK Himachal Pradesh Agriculture University at Palampur.
