Dalhousie, December 18
Chamba DC Vivek Bhatia has issued notices to two hotel owners of Dalhousie for the violation of building bylaws under the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977, an official communiqué issued here yesterday said.
The hotel owners had been directed to follow the instructions within 15 days.
The copies of the notices had also been sent to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Executive Engineers of the HP State Electricity Board and the Irrigation and Public Health (IPH) Department for action with regard to electricity and water connections.
