The Himachal Pradesh Postal Circle has announced recruitment for 391 Gramin Dak Sevaks and online applications are being invited from candidates who have completed std.X class. All interested applicants are eligible to apply before May 2, 2017.

Eligibility criteria: Candidates who fall within the age range of 18 to 40 years as on 2.5.2017 are allowed to apply.The max age is relaxed by 3 yrs for OBC, 5 yrs for SC/ST & 10 yrs for PWD category candidates.
- Applicants should have passed in the 10th standard exams from approved state boards by the respective State Govt. / Central Govt.
- Selections are made purely through merit.The marks scored in std.X exam only would be considered while preparing the merit list & accordingly, candidates will be shortlisted for appointment.
The application fee for Gen/ OBC category males is Rs.100 which should be made only at the payment counter of any head post office. There is no fee for female & SC/ST candidates.
