One person died while two others were injured in an exchange of fire at a dhaba (eatery) at Lower Sanwara on Parwanoo-Shimla National Highway late this evening. Eleven persons, including two women, who were part of a tourist group from Noida in Uttar Pradesh, have been detained in connection with the case, said Inspector General of police (Shimla) Zahoor H Zaidi. The deceased has been identified as dhaba-owner Paramjit Singh from Sangrur in Punjab.
