Uber cab driver allegedly shot dead by 2 juveniles in West Delhi, say police

An Uber taxi driver was shot dead, allegedly by one of two teenaged boys who hired his car in Delhi Wednesday afternoon. The boys — one a 16-year-old and the other 17 — were held by Delhi Police Friday morning after the body of the driver, Kuldeep Thakur, was recovered from a field near Hiran Kudna village in Mundka. Police said Thakur, a native of Himachal Pradesh, lived with his nephew in Andrews Ganj and was affiliated to both Uber and Ola.
