The city has been turned into a fortress ahead of French President Francois Hollande’s visit on Sunday, with the security personnel being deployed at all the vital installations. Around 5,000 security personnel from Punjab, Haryana and Himachal police and ITBP will be deployed apart from the Border Security Force (BSF) which arrived in the city on Friday. The French security personnel also took stock of all the places where President Hollande will visit.
