Governor Acharya Devvrat hosted ‘At Home’ to the elite of Shimla town on the occasion of Independence Day at Raj Bhawan today. Chief Minister Mr Virbhadra Singh and Lady Governor Mrs. Darshna Devi were also present on the occasion.
Chief Parliamentary Secretaries, Mr Nand Lal and Mr Rohit Thakur, MP Mr Virender Kashyap, MLAs, Deputy Mayor, Municipal Corporation, Shimla, Mr Tikender Panwar, Political Advisor to Chief Minister Mr Rangila Ram Rao, former Ministers, Chief Secretary Mr P. Mitra, Chairman, H.P. State Administrative Tribunal Justice Mr V.K. Sharma, Director General of Police Mr Sanjay Kumar, Information Commissioner Mr K.D. Batish, Vice Chancellor, H.P. University, Shimla, Prof. A.D.N. Bajpai, Judges and former Judges of H.P.
