HP: Snowfall in tribal areas, rains in lower hills - Shimla Now

Shimla, Mar 6 (PTI) Piercing cold wave conditions today continued unabated in Himachal Pradesh as high altitude tribal areas in the state witnessed another spell of moderate snowfall while scattered rains lashed the mid and lower hills.
