Himachal Pradesh high court on Wednesday issued notices to state government, vigilance officials and the district magistrate Kangra on a petition filed by Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) seeking quashing of FIR and charge sheet in connection with illegal felling of trees on government land.
