Former CM P K Dhumal criticises the state Budget
Shimla, Mar 23 (PTI) Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister P K Dhumal today termed the Budget "regressive" and said the claims of government regarding the implementation of poll promises were "false and misleading".
