Himachal Govt to constitute 'Gauvansh Samvardhan Board' - Shimla Now

Shimla, Oct 24 (PTI) The Himachal Pradesh government will soon constitute?a 'Gauvansh Samvardhan Board' for protection of cows, besides providing shelter to stray cattle, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said here today.
