Shimla, Sep 4 (PTI) Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA), headed by BJP MP Anurag Thakur, today moved the High Court for a stay on the orders of Shimla Municipal Corporation to demolish the Academy building at Lalpani here.
