Himachal heading towards huge monsoon deficit

Shimla, Sep 12 (PTI) With a current deficit of 34 per cent, Himachal Pradesh is heading for huge rain deficit as the prospect of heavy rains in the region during the next fortnight before the withdrawal of monsoon looked bleak.
