People brave heavy rains to celebrate Independence Day - Shimla Now

Shimla, Aug 15 (PTI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today announced additional ten per cent Dearness Allowance (DA) for the employees and pensioners from January 1 this year on the occasion of Independence Day today.
