HP panchayat leaders threaten to seek Chinese help - Shimla Now

Shimla, Aug 26 (PTI) A village pradhan and a former village functionary in the border district of Lahaul and Spiti have been arrested on the charges of sedition after they allegedly threatened to seek China's help for development of the region.
