Shimla, Aug 12 (PTI) Himachal Pradesh Assembly was today adjourned sine die by the Speaker on the request of Chief Minister Virbhadra?Singh who said due to "non-participation" of BJP members, transacting business was not possible and time and public money was being wasted.
