Shimla, Jun 18 (PTI) Himachal Pradesh Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau has registered an FIR against former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, former Additional Chief Secretary P C Kapoor and retired IPS officer A N Sharma for alleged violation of service rules.
