Himachal vigilance bureau files FIR against former DGP
Shimla, Apr 3 (PTI) The Himachal Pradesh Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau has filed an FIR against former DGP D S Minhas for alleged misuse of his position when he was the Commissioner of Shimla Municipal Corporation.
