Shimla, Feb 10 (PTI) A controversy raged today over Himachal Pradesh Vigilance Bureau's recommendation that a huge plot of land belonging to AAP leader Prashant Bhushan be seized for various "violations", but the eminent lawyer hit back saying the government action was "motivated".
