A Spokesperson of the State Government said here today that the Government had declared two Local Holidays on 4th February, 2014 (Basant Panchami) and 24th October, 2014 (Govardan Pooja) for the employees of H.P. Government offices, Boards and Corporations in Delhi. He said that these holidays would not be applicable to the daily wage employees and also not be the holidays within the meaning of Section-25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
