Shimla, Jan 16 (IANS) The budget session of the Himachal Pradesh assembly will be held from Feb 3 to 21 in the state capital with no break, an official said here Thursday. Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, who also holds the finance portfolio, will present the 2014-15 budget Feb 7, said the official.
