Shimla, Nov 28 (PTI) The Himachal Pradesh High Court today gave three weeks time to the state government to file its response to an amendment plea to a petition filed by Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) seeking to implead Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and others.
