Wet spell in north, low lying areas of Himachal inundated - Shimla Now

Northern India saw moderate to heavy rainfall today with several low lying areas of Himachal Pradeshs Kangra and Una districts inundated and many rivers in Uttar Pradesh continuing to be in spate.
