Shimla, Aug 26 (PTI) The population of monkeys, who have become nuisance for farmers and people in Himachal Pradesh, has come down by 55,000 as per the latest census conducted by the state forest department, Forest minister Thakur Singh Bharmauri told state Assembly during the question hour today.
