Shimla, Aug 30 (PTI) Himachal Pradesh Assembly today passed the HP Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Bill, incorporating provisions of HP Apartment and Properties Regulation Act, 2005 which would stand repealed after the new Act comes into force.
