A spokesman of the State Government said here today that Dr. Krishan Kumar Katoch, Director, Extension Education, Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, (CSKHPKV), Palampur had been appointed as Vice Chancellor of CSKHPKV for a period of three years or attaining 65 years of age whichever was earlier.
