Himachal bypoll sees 48 percent voting

Shimla, June 23 (IANS) Himachal Pradesh's Mandi parliamentary constituency recorded nearly 48 percent voter turnout at 4 p.m., about an hour before the close of polling, after a sluggish start in the by-election Sunday morning.
