The Governor said that Dussehra festival was symbolic of victory of good over evil and hoped the festival would be celebrated with great enthusiasm throughout the State.
Chief Minister extended heartiest felicitation to the people of the State on the occasion and wished that the festival would bring happiness, peace and prosperity in the lives of the people of the State.
