The Kullu police have arrested Joshua Izuu (35), a Nigerian, from Delhi in a case related to the seizure of heroin in Kullu. SP Gaurav Singh said two persons were arrested in this case and during investigation it was revealed that these peddlers procured heroin from this Nigerian in Delhi.
A special team, headed by inspector Sunil Kumar, arrested Izuu with 15 gram of heroin. The SP said that accused were arrested under Sections 21 and 29 of the NDPS Act.
