Shimla, Aug 30 (PTI) The Central Capital Investment Subsidy Scheme (CCISS) being implemented in Himachal Pradesh would be applicable to all new and existing industrial units with substantial expansion (minimum 25 per cent) in the value of fixed?capital investment plant and machinery for purpose.
