Shimla, Nov 21 (PTI) In a bid to strengthen the party ahead of the Lok Sabha polls next year, the Himachal Pradesh Congress has asked its leaders to concentrate on the Assembly constituencies where the party has been performing poorly for the past 15-20 years.
