Shimla, Oct 25 (PTI) Intense cold wave conditions gripped high-altitude tribal areas, high mountain passes and other higher hills of Himachal Pradesh as snowfall occurred at isolated places in the tribal belt while some places in mid and lower hills received light rains today.
