Cold waves tighten grip in Himachal Pradesh - Shimla Now

Shimla, Jan 2 (PTI) The biting cold wave sweeping hills of Himachal Pradesh further tightened its grip as minimum temperatures dropped by few notches and maximum temperatures remained close to normal.
