Fine imposed on convicts to help stop ragging: Kachroo - Shimla Now

Shimla, April 7 (IANS) The fine imposed on four convicts punished for the 2009 ragging death of Himachal Pradesh medical student Aman Kachroo will be used for anti-ragging campaign in educational institutions, the victim's father said Sunday.
