Moderate rain in Himachal; monsoon deficit 35 per cent - Shimla Now

Shimla, Sept 13 (PTI) Parts of Himachal Pradesh witnessed moderate showers as monsoon remained week and rain deficit shot up by one notch to touch 35 per cent.
