शिमला, 04-08-2024 – हिमाचल प्रदेश भवन एवं अन्य निर्माण श्रमिक कल्याण बोर्ड की सामाजिक कल्याण योजनाओं के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से, माननीय बोर्ड अध्यक्ष श्री नरदेव सिंह कंवर ने खलीनी, शिमला शहरी क्षेत्र में आयोजित एक जागरूकता शिविर में भाग लिया।इस अवसर पर माननीय विधायक श्री हरीश जनार्था और खलीनी के पार्षद श्री चमन प्रकाश भी उपस्थित थे।
लगभग 205 लोगों की संख्या में उपस्थित सामान्य जनता और स्थानीय प्रतिनिधियों को भवन और निर्माण श्रमिक कल्याण बोर्ड द्वारा प्रदान की जा रही योजनाओं के बारे में जानकारी दी गई।
माननीय विधायक श्री हरीश जनार्था ने भी सभा को संबोधित किया और श्रमिकों को बोर्ड के साथ पंजीकरण कराने के लिए प्रेरित किया।उन्होंने बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की सराहना की और निर्माण श्रमिकों के जीवन पर उनके सकारात्मक प्रभाव को दर्शाया।
सभा को संबोधित करते हुए श्री नरदेव सिंह कंवर ने बोर्ड द्वारा माननीय हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री के सक्षम नेतृत्व में कार्यान्वित की जा रही 13 विभिन्न सामाजिक कल्याण योजनाओं के बारे में बताया।उन्होंने स्थानीय प्रतिनिधियों और सभी राजनीतिक पृष्ठभूमि के लोगों से इन योजनाओं के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने का अनुरोध किया, ताकि निर्माण गतिविधियों में लगे जरूरतमंद और पात्र श्रमिकों को लाभ मिल सके।
जागरूकता सत्र के दौरान, श्री कंवर ने भवन और अन्य निर्माण श्रमिक कल्याण बोर्ड के दृष्टिकोण और मिशन को फैलाने के लिए पर्याप्त प्रयास करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने बोर्ड के लाभार्थियों को हर संभव समर्थन देने का आश्वासन दिया। श्री कंवर ने आम लोगों के साथ एक-एक करके बातचीत की, उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं और सभी वास्तविक मुद्दों को निर्माण श्रमिकों के हित में हल करने का आश्वासन दिया।उन्होंने इस बात पर भी जोर दिया कि हिमाचल प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री की प्राथमिकता भी है कि वास्तविक और पात्र लाभार्थियों तक पहुंच बढ़ाई जाए, ताकि कोई भी पीछे न रहे।
शिविर के दौरान, उपस्थित लाभार्थियों को बोर्ड की विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई और उन्हें जागरूक किया गया। इसके साथ ही, नये पंजीकृत लाभार्थियों को पंजीकरण कार्ड वितरित किए गए और कुछ लाभार्थियों को इन्डक्शंस भी वितरित किए गए।
अंत में, श्री नरदेव सिंह कंवर की स्थानीय समुदाय एवं निर्माण श्रमिकों के साथ उनकी बातचीत इस बात को रेखांकित करती है कि बोर्ड अपने लाभार्थियों की जरूरतों और चिंताओं को संबोधित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है, यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि सामाजिक कल्याण योजनाएं उन तक पहुंचें जिनकी उन्हें सबसे अधिक आवश्यकता है।

Shimla, 04-08-2024 – In an effort to enhance awareness about the social welfare schemes provided by the Himachal Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Shri Nardev Singh Kanwar, the Honorable Chairman of the Board, attended an awareness camp at Khalini, Shimla Urban today. He was joined by the Honorable MLA Shri Harish Janartha and Khalini Councilor Shri Chaman Prakash. The event saw the participation of around 205 individuals, including the general public and local representatives, who were briefed about the ongoing programs and schemes offered to the beneficiaries of the Building and Construction Welfare Board.
Honorable MLA Shri Harish Janartha addressed the gathering first, motivating the workers to register with the Board and take advantage of the various welfare schemes. He appreciated the efforts of the Board in organizing such welfare schemes and acknowledged the positive impact they have on the lives of the construction workers.
Following this, Shri Nardev Singh Kanwar detailed the 13 different social welfare schemes being implemented by the Board under the capable leadership of the Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. He urged local representatives and people from all political backgrounds to spread awareness about these schemes, emphasizing their aim to provide benefits to the needy and eligible construction workers engaged in various construction activities.
During the awareness session, Shri Kanwar emphasized the importance of initiating adequate efforts to disseminate the vision and mission of the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. He assured all possible support to the beneficiaries of the Board. Shri Kanwar also engaged in one-on-one interactions with the local people, listened to their problems, and assured them that all genuine issues would be resolved in the interest of the construction workers. He highlighted that it is also a priority of the Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh to increase outreach to the genuine and eligible beneficiaries, ensuring that no one is left behind.The camp also included the distribution of induction kits to the beneficiaries and registration cards to the newly registered beneficiaries of the Board.
In conclusion, Shri Nardev Singh Kanwar's engagement with the local community and construction workers at Khalini underscores the Board's dedication to addressing the needs and concerns of its beneficiaries, ensuring that the social welfare schemes reach those who need them most.
