Shimla, Apr 11 : A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) would be signed between Himachal Pradesh and Uttrakhand for setting up 660 MW Multipurpose Kishau Dam Project during next fifteen days in the presence of the Chief Ministers of Himachal Pradesh and Uttrakhand.
