पर्यटन एवं नागरिक उड्डयन विभाग ने मनाया विश्व पर्यटन दिवस

एम्फीथिएटर में आयोजित की सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियां  

27 सितंबर 2024 को विश्व पर्यटन दिवस पर्यटन एवं नागरिक उड्डयन विभाग हिमाचल प्रदेश के सौजन्य से मनाया गया। यह पर्यटन दिवस एक माध्यम है जो हमें मौका देता है कि हम पर्यटन से सम्बन्धित समस्त गतिविधियों के बारे में आम जन को जागरूक कर सकें तथा पर्यटन व्यवसाय की अपार संभावनाओं के बारे में आम जन को अवगत करवायें । यह जानकारी जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी शिमला डॉ संजय भगवती ने दी। 

उन्होंने बताया कि पर्यटन दिवस मनाने की शुरुआत संयुक्त राष्ट्र विश्व पर्यटन संगठन (United Nation World Tourism Organisation) के तृतीय सेशन वर्ष 1980 से शुरू हुई तब से 27 सितम्बर का दिन प्रत्येक वर्ष विश्व पर्यटन दिवस के रूप में मनाया जा रहा है।

पर्यटन से हम विभिन्न स्थानों के बारे में वहां के लोगों के बारे में तथा स्थान विशेष की संस्कृति व रीति रिवाजों के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करते हैं, जिससे हमारा दृष्टिकोण वृहद होता है। यही कारण है कि पर्यटन का देश व प्रदेश की आर्थिकी के अलावा समाज में भी एक विशिष्ट स्थान है।

इस वर्ष पर्यटन दिवस का विषय है "पर्यटन एवं शान्ति"।  इस संदेश को आम जन तक मनोरंजक रूप से पहुंचाने के लिए पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा कला एवं सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया ताकि पर्यटन एवं पर्यटन से सम्बन्धित अपार संभावनाओं को आम जन तक पहुंचाया जा सके।

The Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Himachal Pradesh celebrated World Tourism Day here today and to spread this message in an entertaining way,  the department organized art and cultural programs so that the immense possibilities related to tourism can be conveyed to the general public. The theme of this year's Tourism Day is "Tourism and Peace". 

District Tourism Development Officer, Shimla, Dr. Sanjay Bhagwati said that this Tourism Day is a medium which gives us an opportunity to make the general public aware about all the activities related to tourism and to make the general public aware about the immense possibilities of tourism business.

The celebration of Tourism Day was started in the third session of the United Nation World Tourism Organisation in the year 1980, since then 27 September was being celebrated as World Tourism Day every year.

He said that through tourism, we get information about various places, about the people there, and about the culture and customs of a particular place, which broadens our perspective. This is the reason why tourism has a special place in society apart from the economy of the country and the state.
