Industries Minister Mukesh Agnihotri would preside over the District-level function at Una, Urban Development Minister Sudhir Sharma at Hamirpur, Excise and Taxation Minister Prakash Chaudhary at Kullu, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Anil Sharma at Nahan in Sirmaur district, Ayurveda Minister Karan Singh at Keylong in Lahaul-Spiti district and Deputy Speaker, H.P. Vidhan Sabha Jagat Singh Negi at Reckong Peo in Kinnaur district.
