State Administrative Tribunal decides 3896 cases - Shimla Now

The H.P. Administrative Tribunal has settled 3896 cases which comprised 3346 fresh cases and 550 cases received from H. P. High Court.

H.P. Administrative Tribunal had started functioning as on 28th February, 2015 and presently two Division Benches were functioning.

A Spokesman of the Administrative Tribunal said here today that as many as 12429 cases had been filed which included 6249 fresh cases and 6180 were transferred from H. P. High Court.

He said 16 contempt petitions, five review petitions, one executive petition and 1803 miscellaneous applications were also disposed of.
