FACING probes from the CBI, the ED and the I-T department, Himachal Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh Monday said he would take up the issue with Prime Minister Narendra Modi as, he added, the Prime Minister “was not aware of how he is being selectively targeted by the central government agencies”. Minutes before he flew to Delhi, ahead of a hearing in the Delhi High Court, Virbhadra alleged that his detractors were out to frame him in false and fabricated cases by misusing the central agencies. “I will be bringing to the Prime Minister’s notice as to how a single case of Income Tax is being investigated by three agencies — CBI, ED and the I-T department.
