Shimla, May 21 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Thursday stoked a controversy by saying that the alleged gang-rape of a student of the local Government Post-Graduate College was an attempt to 'malign somebody'. It appears that whatever was there in the press was an organized attempt to malign somebody," Singh said.
