Shimla, Apr 13 (PTI) Himachal BJP Legislature party today submitted a memorandum to Governor Kalyan Singh urging him to withhold assent to Himachal Pradesh Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Bill, 2015, passed recently by the state Assembly.
