A Spokesman of Health Department said here today that the State Government was fully geared up and adequate arrangements have been made to deal with Swine Flu in the State. He said that one case of Swine Flu was detected in Kangra district. Affected patient was undergoing treatment at Dr. Rajendra Prashad Govt. Medical College Tanda and her condition was improving day by day.
The Spokesman said that a team of Health Department was sent to the village of Swine Flu affected woman and medicines have been distributed as precautionary measures.
He said that instructions had been issued to the hospitals to treat patient having symptoms of Swine Flu on priority basis, besides arranging N-95 masks, Tami flu medicine etc.
