Snowfall, rain in most parts of HP as cold wave returns - Shimla Now

Shimla, March 10 (PTI) Cold wave returned to Himachal Pradesh as high-altitude areas received fresh snowfall while icy winds, accompanied by rains and sleet lashed mid and lower hills in the state.
