Shimla, July 15 (IANS) Moderate to heavy rain may occur across Himachal Pradesh this week and authorities Monday advised devotees to avoid the Shrikhand Mahadev pilgrimage, considered a tougher journey than the climb to the Amarnath cave shrine in Kashmir.
